I visited Body Essentials because of recommendations from several people I know. I had visited day spas in the past, but my experience at Body Essentials was undoubtedly the best that I have had. I came in for a massage, and from the moment I came in the door, I was greeted with warmth from the staff. I was pleased by the relaxing environment that they have created via the decor and the friendly staff. I received a full-body massage and I was impressed by the skills of the massage therapist. I will definitely return to the spa for a massage and would recommend it to anyone. I also plan on trying out their colon cleansing service, for which they are known.
