I have used this spa a few times and always been delighted, but my last visit was perfectly awful! The front desk kept me waiting with no explanation for 20 minutes. I requested a specific therapist when i made the appointment but got a different person...the massage was ok but NOT the quality I expected. Then the nail tech wasn't ready and seemed to imply I was responsible for the schedule being off because i arrived late, which I was not. I wasn't able to enjoy my manicure or pedicure, and no one offered me any refreshments! i found out later that the management had changed...and not for the better! The whole staff attitude seems different.
I would visit this business again? No
