Very Disappointed

My friend told me about a great deal she found for spa services, so another friend and I decided to try it out.
My friend and I purchased the 50% off massage, scalp treatment, infrared sauna package.
First, there was an error on the side of the reception desk regarding our appointments, but they were able to fit us in 5 hours later in the day. Second, I did not receive all the services promised to me. Third, the quiet waiting area is practically a closet and is just 2 chairs outside of one of the massage room, so there is traffic coming in and out. It wasn't what I would expect of a spa. Fourth, the shower facilities are lacking. There isn't a locker room to store my personal items or lotion or hair product to use after the shower.
Although the price was hard to beat, the facilities were very disappointing. It didn't feel like a spa to me at all. I'd rather pay a little more and go to a spa that gives me a real sense of luxury and relaxation.
I would visit this business again? No
