This spa is absolutely amazing! To begin with the atmosphere is calming and serene, and the staff are sensational and dedicated professionals. I have had many, many services, from hand and foot treatments, facials, full body massages to the lily pad ritual. The services are superb. The one on one dedication from the staff during sessions is something I have not experienced at any other spa. The Lily Pad makes me feel like a member of the spa family. You are a whole person to them, not just a client with an account number.
One of my favorite things at the spa besides the luxurious comfortable robes, is the relaxation room with all the complementary offerings of organic teas, chai and chocolate.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this spa and their staff. Rachel's healing touch during massages, Janet's magic expert hands during facials, to Jess at reception, always ready to answer any questions about services or products, the people are excellent. If you are in the area you definitely need to stop by and hang out at the lily pad!
