I agree with winediva on the owner Dolores blaming everyone. I came here for my bridal shower and left feeling like I was robbed of a good experience. I asked for and paid for a 90-min facial, but instead, was given a 70-min facial. I questioned that and Dolores said I was given a facial worth $225 instead, which I never asked for. Her attitude was that I should have been grateful for that. What about my missing 20 minutes? Her excuse was that I had nice skin and didn't need it. How about a longer massage then?? She went on to throw a fit about how I didn't appreciate her time and generosity. (She made it sound like she was some superstar who was donating her time to me.) She went on to complain that my friend was a liar because Dolores mischarged her and my friend didn't notice. She also said we were bad tippers because the last friend who came out saw Dolores throwing a tantrum and gave only $5 and of course, Dolores only focused on that. (Even though the other friend and I gave decent amounts.) This was our mistake - we should have given NOTHING AT ALL. The only positive is that Dolores' husband was there who was much more diplomatic and tried to work things out by at least giving us a chance to speak. (Dolores thought drowning us out would make us back down.) James at least tried to come up with a solution, and I have to give him credit for that. Other staff members were nice, just avoid the owner, who needs a course or two in customer service and professionalism.
