I was in Chicago for a girls w/e and to see the Madonna concert. We arrived at Eshe and were taken care of right away, it was a very comfortable and inviting environment. We each had a Swedish Massage, a pedicure and we both agreed the Aveda Facial was the best part. I was concerned about having a facial since I have extremely senistive skin and rosacea. They listened to my concerns and I had no trouble, my skin looks greats. I felt like a princess afterwards. The staff was sincere and very friendly. They did exactly what they said they would. Later on that day I realized that I'd lost my necklace, a Valentines day present from my husband. My girlfriend called the spa and they said it hadn't been turned in. I was devasted. I could hardly speak later that evening when Audrey called me and said she'd found the necklace and would return it to me. I am so impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this spa, I only wish I lived in Chicago so that I could go more often. I very highly recommend Eshe Day Spa.
