I went here with my SpaFinder Gift Card and thought I was going to get a great Value but I was wrong. I had a room right next the men's and woman's restroon of Corner Bakery which is next to the Spa along with another adjacent restaurant. The whole time all I could hear was toilets, people drying thier hands, voices and other things you would not want to hear. On top of that my room lights were not at all dimmed and my massuese had sand paper hands. When I looked down through the face holder I could see the massuese old raggedy dirty shoes. The massage was not that great. When I called to speak to the manager the receptionist said she won't return my call unless I give a specific reason. I had to write their main office before just so I could talk to the manager. She called back the next day and refunded me partially my gift card minus the fees. Save your money and go somewhere else.

All I can say is WOW! The therapist is highly requested, very professional and ALWAYS dresses professionally. You were treated great, we responded with an immediate telephone call and were quick to return money to your credit card even though you paid with a Spa Finder Gift Certificate. Your lack of fairness to the therapist, the complaint, the spa manager reassure us that some clients are just not meant to be happy. We treat every client with respect, love and give the attention to detail that is why we have been in business since 1994. We wish you well in your future experiences.
