I actually had a great massage at this spa. But, the atmosphere really needs work. The entire spa did not have a feeling of being clean. I felt like I was in someone's living room in the lobby and the bathroom was old and again felt like I was in someone's home. I definitely did not feel like I was in a day spa. The nail area was very cluttered and crowded. I practically had to climb over other chairs to get to my seat. It is too bad about the environment because I would have returned just to get another great massage. The environment of the spa just really turned me off.
