Customers would visit this business again
My overall experience was poor. Although I arrived early I had to wait over 20 minutes to finally get into the treatment room and when I did, I waited again an additional 17 minutes (I checked my clock) for my facialist, Juanita.
And the facial was NOT WORTH WAITING FOR. I felt as if she was rushed and it was like a cookie cutter facial. Although the parrafin add was nice, her touch was rough, hurried, and I was uncomfortable with the noise level of the spa and the brightness of the room.
Afterwards I felt like she was pushing products on me .
I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
Two Thumbs down!!!!
