Watch the dates on these reviews is all I can say. I visited this spa last year and it was a fabulous experience, I returned this year and it was the worst ever!!! The staff doesn't like honoring the Spa Finder Gift Certificates I can tell you that, and the prices were different at check out than I was quoted on the phone. The massage was awful! I almost wanted to just tell her to stop half way through, and the facial was having a mask put on and sitting alone in a room for over 15 min. Then when the warm towels were applied, she puts the whole towel over your face, instead of the standard wrapping technique. It feels like your being smothered!.. Will never go back there. That place has really gone down hill. It seemed as though the entire staff had changed!!! (for the worse) WOW!??
I would visit this business again? No
