I am a man's man. I play football and eat undercooked burgers. I don't do these girly spa things.
At least I didn't until now. After coming back from overseas I needed some relaxation and rest, and my fiancee booked me a massage at Lily Pad Day Spa.
I very reluctantly followed-up with my appointment, but I am so glad I did! I was greeted by beautiful women who made sure I was relaxed the entire time. I was worried about traipsing around in a robe all day, but they made me feel very comfortable. I was brought to an area where I had my feet soaked in warm water, with light music and tranquil scents creating the ambience. Afterwards I was asked a few questions and they made a massage oil just for me based on my mood! Oh, and the ensuing massage? Lets just say I was so relaxed and felt so good that I couldn't even pick my arms up to get off the table.
Afterwards, they let me relax in a room where I could drink tea and sample some exotic chocolates and rest on the couch to watch some television on a large flat screen.
What a day!
I would visit this business again? Yes
