I had previously reviewed this spa and the bad experience I had. Since that review, the management FINALLY called me and made it right. I returned for my HOT STONE MASSAGE, ANTI-AGING FACIAL AND HOT STONE PEDICURE and was treated like a queen. I will be returning and am happy about this as the spa is within walking distance to my home. I just wish that there had been COMMUNICATION before my services had been switched. Hopefully, the spa has learned from this and won't do it to another customer!

I booked a hot stone massage, anti-aging facial and hot stone pedicure (IN THAT ORDER, requesting CERTAIN therapists) 2 months ago. Prior to my appointment I went to an accupuncture session with the massage to follow after my short drive to the spa. As I was sitting in the "relaxation" room, my massage therapist came in and took another client. My nail therapist (THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY LAST SERVICE) got me. I told her I did not book this first but she gave me an excuse that she had come in "just for me" even though I know this is her regular work day. (WHO BOOKS PEDICURES BEFORE A MASSAGE?) I could NOT relax because I was so angry that the schedule had been changed without any consideration to me! I told the manager how I felt and that I would not be staying for the additional services because no one considered me when the changes were made and I was upset. (CALM, RELAX, REJUVENATE...THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING) We rebooked my services for a month later (because I still wanted the same therapists and the same order) and here's the kicker...she STILL CHARGED ME FOR MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was still fuming when I got home so I called corporate. They cared so much that it's been 2 days and they have yet to call me back!

Although the hot stone pedicure is pricey...it is the most relaxing experience I have ever had...twice!

I find it difficult to relax and fall asleep, especially when someone is "working" on me...but this is so indulgent and realxing, I've fallen asleep both times!
