SpaFinder promoted this spa so you would think the spa would accept SpaFinder certificates which they will but not at their full value. They claim that they have to pay a fee for accepting them so they decide to pass it along to the customer. I tried to explain that to me, the SpaFinder gift certificate is like cash and I should not have to pay anything additional to use it. The argument was not a favorable way to be introduced to the spa.
It was a very good rate for a full body wax and eventhough I wasn't doing my whole body, the individual parts would have added up to a lot more priced separately. The technician was experienced and didn't seem to mind reapplying wax where I told her she missed. I've been getting waxed for more years than I can remember and some hair is ALWAYS missed but it's the attitude (and aptitude) when asked to go over it again that matters. The service quality was good enough to return.
I would visit this business again? Yes
