My friend and I visited Vickmay Spa and were both incredibly disappointed with our experience. After traveling a considerable distance and organizing childcare, we booked 3 1/2 hours of services only to be told our session was over within 2 1/2 hours.
Our facials did not include any extraction elements and felt more like a face massage then a facial. Even though we provided contact phone numbers we did not receive a confirmation call (despite being told we would). My friend called several times to organize her session and again she did not receive the return phone calls she was told she would.
After discussing our disappointment with Vickmay we were told our feedback is valuable however the services were all completed and we were required to pay full price. I do not understand how a 90 minute massage can be completed in under 60 minutes. We were offered complimentary products and a return voucher however the issue of paying for 3 1/2 hours of services not rendered took approximately 45 minutes to resolve.
I would visit this business again? No
