I have gone to Noelle's before and after its move on High Ridge Road. I have always found them to be uncomfortable-that is, I feel I am being judged by the employees. I think they ought to hand out numbers and just shout out when your turn comes...beautiful surroundings with a factory-like approach. Too big, too busy for me. When I spend the kind of money they ask for-I want excellent service and being pampered-not so there.
Maybe they should have you apply for permission to go there.
I would visit this business again? No
