Not what I was hoping for!

I've been to quite a few spas and this was definitely a different experience for me! First - the spa looks like old office space that has been converted to a spa....not the same feel as a typical relaxing spa experience! The bathrooms weren't clean, didn't have soap, and there's no showers offered prior to your service. I entered into a room for my massage and it was literally a shower room --- tiles everywhere, large shower heads above me. They apparently offer a shower massage but also use the room for regular massage services as well...somewhat strange to me! However, despite the ambience, the massage was VERY relaxing and the therapist did a fantastic job. It's just that I prefer having an overall wonderful and relaxing spa experience.
I would visit this business again? No
