My fiance bought me a very expensive package because I go to spas so often. They were very UNaccomodating with scheduling all the included services nad would not split up the time. The owner, Rene, said that she was only a manager and couldn't help me. Very disapointing.

I would visit this business again? No

We are happy to hear our facial was the best you received However, we strive to do our best in every service. We also ask for your comments at our front desk while checking out, so we can correct any issue you have. We also don't show your reservation as ever existing? Perhaps, you used another name? You mentioned that you visit spas often... Then, I am sure you understand why most spa's have a cancellation policy that in certain situations are enforced for multiple service reservations. This is clear on our brochure and website. I don't recall any situation being brought to my attention recently as I would called your directly to handle your concerns.
