I had a gift certificate that I have been trying to redeem for months now. I finally got in touch with someone and made an appointment for me and someone else. The day before the visit I received a call stating that the other masseuse had called off. I was okay until I tried to continue to call since then and no one answered, or didn't return my phone call, and have not answered my emails. I even took a visit to the location and no one was there to give my money back. At this point I just want my money. I was excited to get a massage, but they will have to fix the simple things first. I would revist if they make the necessary changes.
