I went there because my friend gave me a business card of their senior massage therapist, Igal. Let me tell you something, it was heavenly, not only he knew where the knots were but he also was willing to explain how I got them and how to avoid it in the future, great guy overall! He even ended up giving me a longer massage for no extra cost and staid in the room to emphasize the importance of stretches.
