I'm from China so massage was important in our culture. I'm so happy to discover this place during my visit! It's hard in US to find someone who knows the pressure points and can help release the tension effectively. Pamela was awesome! She guides through deep breathe during the massage , and seems to enjoy her work and never at any point I felt we were rushed, which happens at a lot of other spas I visit. I'll come back for sure.

I have had facials, pedicure, massage, and body wraps at this spa because it is so conveniently located. The only thing I'd recommend is pedicure. It is billed as a full service spa but the atmosphere makes you feel like it was a place you just go in and get out quickly. I would go back for convenience but not for relaxation.

I have been to this spa multiple times and overall very happy about their services. Recently I had a facial with a new girl and was a bit disappointed. She obviously was still learning. So when you book, be sure to know who is going to be. I do feel I still get the value out of it because the pricing is very good compared to what's in downtown.

I have had facial appointments with different ladies at the spa and it was always very good. And good value too considering how expensive other spas are.

I recently had an incidence when I had to contact their manager for resolution. She was very helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I also bought very cute baby hats and outfits at this spa and although they are a bit pricey, they are unique and my 1.5 year old loved them! So overall I like them better now.

I have gotten a GC for my birthday so I went ahead and booked a package. I had facial, manicure, and pedicure. The facial was horrible, probably one of the worst I have had. The manicure was OK, but I loved the pedicure. I came back a second time for the pedicure alone and liked it again. So for now I'll just stick with that.

My nails were done beautifully but the facial was awful. The lady wore rubber gloves while working on my face. When I asked her about it her response was that it was a state requirement. I have had facial so many times at other places and never heard of this.

Very nice staff - I loved their nail services! Also tried the facial but was not very impressed. Would definitely return again for more nail services. The location is nice and close to many shopping and dining spots.

Now I know how nice the staff is and how convenient it is for me to swing by after work, I take my 3 year old to this salon all the time. She loves to look at the monument circle when we go to studio 2000. I love her style and the speed of the service!

The location is right at the center of downtown so it was a somewhat unique experience, it was relaxing and exciting at the same time. I did not care for the deco that much because I have a more contempatory taste. The lady who did my facial was great. She did the most thorough extraction I have even seen and my skin really needed it. She was great.
