I recently purchased a message for my beau's b-day, and I had fairly complex requests in effort to surprise him. Nicole, front desk personnel, not only made it possible (even though I am on the east coast), but executed the surprise with heartfelt excellence. I am grateful for that...and for them going the distance when they really didn't have to. Thumbs up, and I will continue to use them for future events!
