Hello,
My name is Tamara and I am the owner of Creative Colours Salon that was so poorly reviewed by someone who was never even a client, for she did not even receive a service here. Yet for some reason she found the time to horrendously rated us and our services based on a one minute reaction to the one day appearance of one of my stylists. I want to respond that this is not the norm in either the salon or spa and I did talk to this stylist about her appearance and she apologized (before even seeing this review), said she was having a bad week, and has taken action to make sure that she is paying attention to her own appearance instead of just making all of her clients beautiful. She and the rest of us are excellent stylists dedicated to high quality services with personal attention to each client's needs. This stylist was alone in the salon that day and has many personal client's that she has had for years and what the review meant by 'inappropriate conversation' can only be guessed at but as most know, stylists can be like the barman to whom clients divulge anything and everything when they believe themselves to be alone in the salon.
I invite anyone to come and visit us and discover why this reviewer's extreme negative response is very untrue and why the many other reviews of my establishment on line are nothing but 5 stars and glowing with details!
I would visit this business again? Yes
