As an avid workout guru, I spend most of my days strength training, cycling, swimming, and cardio exercises. After working out 6 days a week; I wanted a sense of relaxation that will soothe my whole body as well as my mind and spirit.
The deep tissue massage and foot massage made me feel so rejuvenated. All my muscles felt so relieved with the masseuse graceful hands. The music in the background made me lost in translation.
Every gym should have membership to Flic Spa...really a one of a kind experience.
I would visit this business again? Yes
