I was recently on vacation to Virginia Beach, VA when I came across the A.R.E. Health Center and Spa. It was located about thirty blocks from my hotel and is actually part of Virginia's historic landmarks. After arriving to the spa, I was welcomed by the reception staff and felt immediately at home. I was going to have a steam/fume bath in one their cedar wood cabinets and then I was going to receive the infamous Cayce/Reilly Massage. THE BEST MASSAGE & SPA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I would recommend this spa to EVERYONE. My first visit was about 3 months ago, and I have been back to the spa bi-weekly ever since. TWO THUMBS WAY UP FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!!
