I have been suffering back and neck problems for years because of couple of accident I had and with my job I have to seat for 10 hours a day so my shoulders are always in been, Healing Ki has helped me a lot and I feel more relaxed and less pain, I highly recommended to any way that has similiar pain or some sort of back pain...
