The Worst "Spa" Ever -- For someone who went 3 times

I'm a Jersey Native who has a home in both NJ and CO.
When I'm in NJ, I like to say at Harrah's, home of the Red Door Spa.
Just happened that I was here often this year, and had 3 experience with the Red Door.
1st one was plain aggrevation. Book a wrap and massage, and was told I had to have the wrap first, which is ridiculous. Every spa does wraps last, so you can enjoy the moisture sinking in your skin, not have it rubbed off.
They actually argued with me. I ended up saying "forgetaboutit" to the massage, and was promptly billed for the wrong wrap.
Either way, at $200, for the wost wrap is just WRONG.
2nd time, they didn't have heat or hot water -- but was still willing to take my money -- for what? Freezing, and having someone who didn't wash their hands with hot water touch me. No thank you.
3rd was a 20 yr old child who, although wasn't bad, wasn't good either -- not worth $130 + 20% Gratuity, plus 7% tax, coming to $170 for 50 minutes.
Oh, that's riight, forgot to mention it's only 50 minutes.
Not worth it
Go to Borgota on a weekday where it's $90 much better experience
I would visit this business again? No
