This is the first time I wanted to get a facial from Lana's so I had made a reservation through email and Lana had called me on a Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday.I emailed her on Monday and she got back to me on Tuesday to make an appt for Wednesday. I had called on the day of my appt (wed) to cancel because my child is severely ill and Lana said "next time I should get your credit card because you have you cancel 24 hr in advance". I had replied, we had made the appt less than 24 hr (yesterday). She raised her voice and repeated well next time I have to get your credit card. I said I'm sorry my child is really ill so I can't make it. Thank you. and then I heard a CLICK..she had hung up on me. How rude

I went here for a bridal bachelorette and we were all separated to better fit their time. One of the bridesmaid booked the bride a facial but the bride didn't want to, the place forced us to pay even though the bride didn't get a facial. HORRIBLE PLACE!!
