I love the spa studio in San Mateo. I have been going here for years. The staff is always friendly and respectable. Facilities are clean and comfortable without that intimidating opulence that you see at the more expensive (and less satisfying) spas. This is a great neighborhood place that understands that customers come first.
If you are looking for a vegas-style spa experience, this is not the place for you. I go here when I have had a hard week at work and everything aches and I just want to spend time somewhere that makes me feel better about the world. :)
