Worst service I have ever seen

I went to this spa salon for a bridal updo. Clearly, the price matched the service, as it was expensive, but the service was not even close to what I was hoping to get. I was 10 minutes late because it happends that on your wedding day things don't go exactly as planned. The lady was very patronizing, and said that since I was 10 min late, we didn't have time to go over what would "look good" on me. She did not even wash my hair, which is something I've never heard of before in a hair salon, and when I inquired about it she looked all flustered and said that they do not wash the hair. I had brough in a picture of what I wanted done, and when i asked if she, as a specialist (this was a so called "level 4" hair stylist), think it would look good on me, she snapped and said that we didn't' have time for this and I just needed to pick something and stick to it. The picture I had brought in had a little braid on the side of the head. My stylist braided my haird way too tight to the head that you could see my scalp and I looked bald. Finally, I told her that there is no way that I could look like that in my wedding so she angrily took it off and pulled the hair back. I left the salon with a hair that I hated. It did not look anything like the picture I had brought in. I wanted something very simple and natural, and she sculpted my hair in a ridicoulos way and put so much product in that I almost cried. Yes, it is my fault for not having a trial apointment, but I thought that a level 4 specialist (the most expensive) would at least give me the time a day to try to make me feel good and beautiful, it was my wedding day. $80 later I left the salon with really pissed off and with a crappy hairdo.
I would visit this business again? No
