What a gem!

My friend and I visited this spa today as we were looking for some much needed relaxation and bodywork on our business trip. As I am not a fan or supporter of big, expensive, corporate spas, I was looking for a reasonably priced, smaller, locally owned business to support. We were so lucky to find this spa. Trish, the owner and Chris, one of the therapist spent quite a bit of time explaining services, packages and products to us. They were not rushed or annoyed with my many questions and were also knowledgeable about what they were selling... something I don't often find with front desk personal. Chris was my massage therapist and Vanessa was my esthetician, both superb. As I am a massage therapist myself, I tend to be a bit picky and question more than other patrons may. I found Chris's candid and honest answers and all interaction with her refreshing and soothing. Vanessa was capable and knowledgeable in her facial and very sweet in general. I left feeling more relaxed than I have felt in a long time. I also felt that the experience I had left me with a great education on how a small spa should run, and knowledge I hope to apply to my own little massage office back home. Having a large, walk in shower to use was such a plus. I recommend always getting package, or at least a scalp treatment ad on.
