The massages and masseuses here have been very hit or miss. I've had some which seem like 20 year vets, and some who seem like they literally get pain from talking with their customers. Their staff seems to turnover fairly quickly too.
And you know the 10-minute-per-hour setup time? Make sure to watch it! Have had a couple instances where an hour massage was about 40 minutes, although the managers have always been nice enough to discount it after I point out the issue.

We all know Rolf from his Monday Morning Makeover Show on Channel 3. I've been going to this spa/salon for just my hair for a long time. After receiving a gift certificate from a friend last year, I decided to get one of the "signature facials", a manicure, and some of their waxing services. The staff was very helpful in explaining what they would be doing, how it would help me, and the specific needs and tendencies they saw in my skin and hands. I do not know what training the employees go through, but everyone I have spoken with seems extremely knowledgable. Their staff will preform a skin analysis with a special machine if you are getting a service, and I've made sure to get one every time I go now. It's fascinating to see how the seasons and weather change your skin, and how different products can reverse the effects!
