From the moment I entered this spa I was most impressed with the attention and personal service I was paid by the friendly staff. I was escorted into and shown around the cozy locker room where I found an equally cozy( I bought one for home!) robe in the locker. I then went to the zen like lounge with comfy couches and an assortment of teas and water available while waiting to transition from the real world to the delight of one of the many treaments Rachel Rose Spa has to offer. I have had 4 massages and a facial and have been happy with them all. What I personally like about this spa is that it is comfortable and friendly , not imtimidating at all. I definitly recommend you give it a try. You will be glad you did
