I chose Diamante for a massage because I liked the sound of a free "oxygenating zen bath" preceding the service. I dislike when a spa experience is too clinical or rushed, and the fact that I could spend a longer time at the facility was delightful. When I arrived, I was immediately treated like a princess. Even the chairs in the waiting room are luxurious, and I was given refreshing cucumber water to drink. I wore a bikini in my private, seductively-lighted zen bath, which loosened my muscles up for the fantastic massage that followed. Afterwards, I was given a fruit plate in another cozy room with a lovely fishtank. All in all, a great experience at a very unique, comforting, and beautiful spa! Can't wait to go again.

I purchased a Groupon for an Illuminize Peel and enjoyed the experience. The facility was lovely and posh, not too clinical. The peel was very brief (which I had expected) and I realized afterwards that the practitioner did not perform the aforementioned "skin analysis". However, the results were glowing, dewy skin, and the esthetician was very pleasant. Overall a good experience.

The good:

-I was having a "must have a facial" moment, and they accommodated me by getting me in within the hour. Very much appreciated.

-The appearance of the spa is very lovely and chic.

-The esthetician was warm, knowledgeable, and skilled (especially with extractions!).

The bad:

-The prices. Significantly higher than other spas in the area with similar services.

-The reception experience: Pushy, sales-driven, and only one out of the two receptionists were knowledgeable (perhaps the other was training). All in all, my experience would have been much better if I could have avoided the reception area that made me feel like a $ sign. I would maybe return in a pinch.
