I purchased a series of 80-minute sessions. For my last session they incorrectly scheduled me for 55-minutes. I was told after my session that I would be receiving a $25 refund on my credit card which they have on file. Two weeks have now passed and the refund has not been received on my credit card. I have followed up with them three times and I was told they cannot help me because they see the refund on their end. I have clearly communicate the history of this issue and even offered to come in with a copy of my accounts recent activity to proove to them that it has not been received...but I was still told there was nothing they can do. To put it plainly...I DO NOT trust them!
