I have spent two three day breaks at springs this year and have found it is consistently good. The food is always excellent and of a very high standard- eating healthily has never been made so easy.

The grounds are lovely for relaxing in and raeding a book in the sunshine by the well kept lakes.

I will definately visit Springs again and find that Champneys in general treat their guests exceptionally.

I have used several spa's over the years for overnight experiences but never a day spa as I felt that you would not relax fully.... how wrong I was. I visited Whittlebury Hall with one of my best friends for her birthday and used the facilities as she lived in nearby Towcester. The wet rooms are fabulous and the food was healthy and of very good quality. I will be visiting here again as soon as her birthday comes round again!
