This is hot yoga , enough to make you sweat profusely. It's location is inside another building and business, but it's easy to find. They have very good instructors and a quick check in. Scheduled times for classes only. The dressing room is a bit small, but has 4 showers and is clean with a nice ambiance. I love going there!

It takes a while to find it inside the Palazzo, we kept asking people where it was because we walked over from the Wynn. Once there, the desk help was enough to sign us all in at the same time. RIght away we were taken on a friendly tour of the womens facility. Everything was nice, comfortable, modern, spacious, quiet but busy. THe place is large enough though to accomodate many. I started out with a Thai Massage with a male, excellent treatment. I highly recommend it if you like being stretched. Very energizing. I then hit the large jaccuzi, the herbal room, the wave room, the igloo room, the tropical shower, the salt water room (you must walk down a long hall to get there) It was so much fun to try all of these. Especially running into my sisters every now and then. We then had to use our $15.00 credit towards food in the cafeteria. Great salads. All in all it was a fun day, I do recommend getting there at least an hour before your treatment.
