I brought my friend to this spa for a birthday present and was not happy with the service i got. I booked for myself a mud body wrap and booked my friend a massage. My treatment was supposed to be 15 minutes longer than his yet I went in after him and came out at least 5 minutes before him. On the menu my wrap was supposed to be with the vichy shower. When i went into the room there was no shower and mentioned to the therapist that I specifically booked that treatment because of the Vichy...she told me it was a hassle and I wouldnt like it but would switch to the other room it would just take another 15 minutes. I chose not to wait. She started on my wrap and it was seaweed instead of mud. At this point i didnt care to say anything cause i knew she would make a big deal of it. She draped very unprofessionally exposing my breasts without asking me..i personally don't care but i know that others could be very uncomfortable about this. After the treatment I was to have a steam shower and then a lotion application. When I got out of the shower there was not one employee to be found. Not my therapist and no receptionist so I couldnt even check to see if it was the therapists mistake on the mud or a booking error. Guess it was good that I payed before since no one was around to take my money. They also gave me a hard time about using a spa finder gift card. On a good note my friend enjoyed his massage.

I just recently got my hair done at this spa and it was one of the best cuts I have ever gotten. Kristina did my hair and she was very helpful in giving me a cut that fit me and that I would be able to style at home. The staff was very friendly and the spa is beautiful.

I was sadly dissapointed by the Sandollar Spa. I booked a facial and arrived on time for my service and was taken in late and then my esthetician ended my service a few minutes early. Most of the staff I came in contact with was slightly unprofessional. After my service she told me to go pick up a product at cvs. Nothing against products at cvs but if you are supposed to be this great spa you would support the products you use and recommend something from that skin care line. Also I didnt like that they wore medical scrubs as their uniform...felt to medical rather than spa to me.

I have been to the Beach Plum Spa a few time and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is amazing from the receptionist to the therapists I felt very welcomed the whole time I was there. I have gotten massages, facials, body treatments, nail services and have also began doing laser hair removal from their medical services. Every treatment was just amazing! There is a lot to choose from on the menu but massages and facials are always my favorite. I also loved that they have full locker rooms with showers and everything you could possibly need to get ready before or after your treatment. I highly reccomend the Beach Plum Spa.

My mom and I came here to get facials and it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Right from the beginning when I called to make our appointments the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. I called last minute and she worked with me to get us in for appointments. The spa itself is just absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. All the staff was friendly and our facials were amazing. My skin felt so clean after. Ive been to a lot of spas and had a lot of facials and this is definiatley in the top 5 of my spa experiences! I will most definitely be back soon!!

My treatments were great and the staff was excellent. The only thing I didnt like was I booked for the first appointment of the day I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and no one was there so my first service started about 15 minutes late once she set up. The only other thing i didnt like was during my second service I could hear people getthing their hair done and chatting loudly. The services were great other wise and If I was in the area again I would consider going back
