THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I WENT TO HIS SPA. I WENT WITH MY HUSBAND AND DID A COUPLE MASSAGE WITH CHAMPAGNE . THE ADVISED US THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT SO WE HAD TO LEAVE THE ROOM. THEY PUT US IN A CORNER TO HAVE THE DRINK. THERE WAS NO ATMOSPHERE. .ALSO THE SPA WAS DIRTY, WE WOULD NOT GO BACK HERE

Dear Customer, We've been in business for over 25 years and we try our best to make our customers happy. I'm sorry you did not like your spa experience. We go by appointments that's why we advise all clients to show up a little early, so that they would not feel rushed. But we did not shorten your service. And we can assure you that the spa was not dirty. Sincerely, Management
