This was a great atmosphere for relaxation. I am a major spa conissour (sorry can't spell) I love spas and i am very particular and this one meet my expectations!!!!!!!!

No spa relaxation area just folding outdoor lounge chairs in a crowded hallway where people go in and out for their services. I did not feel that the staff where there to pamper. More so there to get paid and leave. I do feel that it may have potential if the atmosphere changes.

I was really looking forward to the treatment I booked. This spa is fairly well known and I expected a lot more in many ways. Although the service was good and the staff was polite, the atmosphere was not so relaxing. VERY SMALL. The "waiting area" was in the hallway on a lounge chair. A bit over priced for the limited amenities they offered. Water was the only thing offered, no snacks and very limited privacy to relax. If your not looking for the "whole" spa package of relaxation and amenities then I would recommend it. For the cost, NOT SO MUCH.

Local for me or not I would commute to be there! Wonderful atmosphere and amenities galore! I frequent as often as possible and my last visit was even better (if even possible) Definately check it out.

I went outside the box to try another hair salon/ stylist to do my hair. I was very pleased with my choice to do so. The staff was very polite and professional. They only thing I did not like was that I was not offered a beverage or snack. Although I recommend for atmosphere and quality, it is EXTREMELY pricey. Other salons can offer the same hair cut at 1/4 of the cost.

For the past 5 years I have had numerous treatments at this spa. Most of the treatments are fairly priced, but as fair as paying more for a "more experienced" staff member, I am not so sure it's worth it. The waiting area is spacious HOWEVER, very noisy with staff cutting through the room to get to the front desk.Also about every 15 minutes staff comes in to clean which is also a distraction. The chairs are not the most comfortable but not horrific. One of the best parts in the locker room with complimentary STEAM SHOWERS! The services are as advertised but sometimes for massages I have checked the clock and has been curtailed a good 10 minutes or more. Although, with most spas getting a massage I have noticed when going a few times the massages are usually shortened. The staff is generally professional.

I have visited this spa numerous times wishing to experience something better. The waiting area is not so relaxing since employees and clients are constantly walking buy. Other than granola and tea that was the limit to their amenities. The prices were fairly priced. The staff lacked professionalism.

First and foremost, when in the relaxation area the front desk is extremely loud. Not because clients are being checked in and out but because the staff are talking and laughing. I had been to this particular spa on 3 different occasions, each and every time the relaxation area was not quit due to the front desk. In the relaxation room they do not have a table or anything to rest your glass of water or tea on. Also their is no steam room with in the spa area. My 50 minute massage was cheated by 12 minutes ( I checked the clock when I got in the room) However, the showers are very nice. Also 2x I had a spectacular facial. (with the same technician both times)When I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk a question that she didn't know the response, so she said after my spa service she would let me know. By the time my service was over the lady was gone and no one else knew either. Bottom line, I feel that the staff needs to become more professional and attentive to the clients needs.

I had a pedicure and it was great. The cost was not too high so TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Once you walk through the door you know that all your needs are at your command. Very respectful and attentive spa. Not to mention the wonderful SERVICE! A bit pricey but like always you get what you pay for!!!

As it is the cost of a spa is a lot not to mention tax and tip. This spa is different from most and visually stimulating. But very dark and almost cave like. The relaxation area is very tiny with limited places to sit. The only thing I can think of is it is over priced since it is at a resort. I have had several of the services and not ONE is worth the cost.

Although the spa is visually stimulating and is not exactly the "Everyday" spa atmosphere. The treatments were nothing extraordinary but not bad. The uniqueness of the amenities are what makes this spa work. The services are extremely OVER PRICED.

This spa is over priced but a wonderful experience. The relaxation/ waiting area prior to your appointment is very tiny. Also limited to chocolate truffles, tea, and water. However, they do offer champagne and 3 different antioxidant drops for your tea. Which is a delightful perk. I have attended the spa a few different times and each time the technicians were very attentive. I would recommend this spa if you can spare the cash. Other wise, their are many other spas out there to give the same service, just maybe not the same visual effect!

I received a so-so haircut I may give them another try but I was not so impressed.

Although the spa is fairly tiny, the staff really know how to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The service was very good and the prices were not too expensive!

Last time I visited this spa, I felt like I was not being attending to as a client should. It was as though I was not there. The staff was not attentive as a guest. I felt the massage therapist rushed through the service. Plus you don't lounge in your robe. I feel since the first time I visited this spa, the service quality significantly declined.

I have been to this spa several times and it has consistently given great services. The down fall, is the waiting area and the lack of snacks. I would consider it a high end spa minus the waiting area, no lockers and lack of snacks. Otherwise great place with reasonable prices!

The staff was very friendly, the service was great and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. The only negative was the relaxation area was a bit small but in the scheme of things, it still was very nice.
