My first time visiting this location was amazing. The atmosphere is serene, the staff and pleasant and the experience was unforgettable! I haven't been there in some time, but back in 2007 I went and I have to say it was the best massage experience I had ever had. You have a locker room to take showers, you get your feet soaked before the massage and afterwards, you can relax as well. It's a great time either way you put it.

My husband sent me to this spa for my birthday last year and I had a great deal of anticipation based on the name and the reputation they have built. I was told that they are one of the best around and that I would love it. Well, needless to say that the service was "ok" but it wasn't quite the set up I had hoped for. The room where I received my massage the set up was quite small, cool, and unwelcoming. The service was average and the atmosphere was cold. The staff was courteous, but outside of that they didn't really seem pleasant or outgoing. Customerservice was average.

I was anticipating the visit to this location for quite some time. My cousin had told me about it and from the looks of the website the location was fabulous. My husband and I visited on our 5th year anniversary. The facility was amazing and I was really relaxed and pleased with the set up of the location, but the service was quite dissapointing. My massage therapist was late meeting me and had to be paged more than three times. I was rushed to complete my exfoliation and did not get the chance to take a visit around the facility as I had anticipated. I was offered another massage when I return, but I'm not sure that I would.
