The staff didn't seem to know what to do with me or my spafinder gift card. The service I chose was massage and the therapist seemed very inexperienced and unsure. I have used spafinder at other spas in the area, so I won't return here when I receive another gift or for services

I'm the owner and I'm at the spa 99.9% of the time This one time I was not there and the massage therapist didn't quite know how to handle this alone. Seems very harsh to write a damaging review because she was "unsure and inexperienced" during the check-out. We do try our very best to make everyone happy
