I have had several services at this spa. I like that fact that is is 10 minutes from my home and once in side you feel like you could be anywhere but at a busy mall. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like the complementary foot soak. The pedicures are wonderful . The locker room is adequate. At my last visit the supplies were very low or not there at all. When I first starting using this spa they offered energy bars in the relaxation room they no longer do that which I enjoyed overall for the price and the location it is a very nice spa.

Unfortunately the water was off during the time of my service so I did not get to shower before the massage which I always like to do. The spa is located inside a very busy high end GYM so the locker room is very busy and not relaxing. My service was great. However it is not quiet you can hear the instructors for the classes yelling which was a real bummer. I ended my day by having lunch at the very nice cafe it was wonderful. If you need a massage to work on a sore muscle , which I needed, I was not there to be pampered and treated like princess I had a specific problem area and she was wonderful, I can not remember her name but my sister had the same experience with her therapist I guess I am saying it is more like a physical therapy appointment than a spa experience but I did like the therapist the location the lunch and the price.
I would visit this business again? Yes
