My sister and I went to have facials for my birthday. I made reservations and notified the receptionist that we would want waxing at the time of the appt. He said that would be fine. When we arrived at the spa they were very friendly. My facial was not great and I had to remind the girl that I wanted a brow wax, not only did she cut into my facial time for the wax they charged me an extra $20. It would have been fine if she had done it afterwards and then charged me extra. Any ways for a half hour massage and a half hour facial the bill for two was $265 I felt this was steep and definently feel you are just paying for the brand when you visit this salon, will never visit again.
I would visit this business again? No
