I visit Avanti often for my hair & facials. Their customer service is definitely subpar, with very snooty staff that treat you like you're inferior. But once you get past that, their team is very talented and the space is absolutely gorgeous! I continue to go there because of my hairstylist. Their prices are rather high, especially for a suburban salon/spa.

Although their prices are steep, the services you receive at Red door are exquisite. They really know what they're doing, and make you feel well taken care of when you're there. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to splurge!

I've only been to Thompson's for facials, and although it is not a luxurious facility, in a difficult-to-find location, the prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for here, but you will not be very disappointed. The staff is fairly nice, and new visitors get a gift bag. They are great about sending emails regularly about specials that are very reasonable!
