As a local I was a little concerned about not knowing what to expect at the ARE. I was surprised at the traditional massage I received. Katherine was fantastic and my facial/massage was wonderful. This place is not to big on frills but who cares when you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed!

After Christmas I found myself with a terrible head cold and congestion that I couldn't kick. I booked a 30 minute aromatherapy appointment and walked out feeling amazing. The therapist took her time understanding what I needed that day and what scents worked best for me. I can't wait to go back!

I just returned from my amazing appointment with Arnett. I think his background is more sports massage but wow. In the 10 years that I have been receiving massages, his was the best. My head is clear, my muscles relaxed and he mad fantastic recommendations for how to keep my knots from coming back.
I am sure he could have done a more relaxing massage but when I told him my problem areas( back and stress) he went to work. This place has been down the street from me for years and I just tried it today. What a great experience!
