I recieved a Spafinder gift card for $50.00 for Christmas. When I booked my appointment, I was told new clients were 39.95. After my service, I tried to pay for my service with my gift card, I was told that my card was not enough. I paid 10.00 cash tip and the owner told me I owed her more money. It was the worst customer service I have ever seen. The massage was mediocre at best. I asked my therapist to work my occipital and feet and she did not even after two requests. My feet were clean and smooth !!
I still dont understand how a fifty dollar gift card does not cover a 39.00 service ?????
I would visit this business again? No
