Never been to a Merle Norman heard lots of great things. The spa was clean, staff was friendlly and nice. I was given a gift certificate for a massage and pedicure. She started with the massage, it was mediocre. The best part was the warm bed and the comfy blanket. After, she did my pedicure it was terrible. My cuticles hurt and the polish was all over my toes. It seemed like she never polished toes before. The best part is that I got my money back for the massage because it was covered through my medical plan. I wish I got my money back for my pedicure. Best part.....the yummy free hot chocolate.

I would visit this business again? No
