I chose Serendipity based on SpaFinder reviews and because the location was convenient for me. I am glad that I did. Jen is a very good massage therapist. She is knowledgeable and provides information on holistic ways to improve pre-existing conditions. The room was clean, neat and comfortable and Jen was very professional. I will be returning for additional treatments.
