Came here with my mom and sister for massages. Great location in the W hotel - love that place. Very relaxing, I've been to Soho and 57 and so far 49 is my favorite Bliss.

Only 1 subway stop away from work I always go here for my waxes during my lunch break. Ready to go in no time..Ella is the best. Front desk could be friendlier.

I've gotten countless massages here. Love the atmosphere and the service. Love going in groups of girls - great lounge to hang in. Although I am very disappointed that the saunas and steam rooms still aren't working...it's been over a year and still no progress.

I get my nails done here. Love the atmosphere and the job they do is phenomenal - and nail salon prices not spa prices. Haven't had such a great mani/pedi in ages. Can't wait to try other services.
