I recently visited this spa for the first time. I've been an avid spa client for years and have visited spas all over the United States. I would rank this one to be at the very bottom of the group.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the staff. I had an 80 minute massage, a facial and manicure. The techniques used by the masseuse were amateur and boring. It is the first massage I have ever wanted to be over before the time ran out! Believe it or not, the facial left me with a few bloody marks on my skin; as the woman was very rough. The manicurist left a few rough nails and was very slight in her hand and arm massage. I enjoyed each one of my service providers personally, but I did not feel that their expertise was spa quality.

In addition, there is no sauna, dipping pools or special rain showers, etc. This is pretty much just a place for services, but not a true spa setting.

I was really hoping I had a fantastic spa in my neighborhood. But I won't be back. I'd much rather travel to the Four Seasons in Irving or see my regular facial aesthetician at Dr. Kasden's in Southlake for a truly expert facial that leaves my skin puffed up and pretty and not bloody. Good Grief! A few days later, I'm still having to use makeup to cover up for a bad facial!
